Yes, you can exchange your Hulken product for a different color or size within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, item(s) must be returned in their original condition, folded in the same way it was received (see our Tips page to learn how), and in the original plastic packaging. Folding your Hulken product to fit in a smaller shipping box will damage the bag, and with this, it will no longer be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that sale items or discounted bulk orders are not eligible. All returns must be sent to our warehouse with a return label provided by Hulken.

Exchange a Gift

You can easily exchange your gifted Hulken through our Return Portal. You will need the original order number and shopping zip code. If you don't have that info, don't worry! You can request it by clicking "Don't have your order information?", or emailing our Hulken team at [email protected]
